Senggigi

Senggigi is Lombok's original resort area, stretching along a series of bays on the island's west coast with views across the Lombok Strait to Bali's Mount Agung.

The area offers a relaxed base with beachfront resorts, sunset bars, and easy access to the north Lombok coastline — and selected boat services depart from the Senggigi area toward the Gili Islands.

Senggigi is also a natural stop on the way between Lembar or Mataram and the northern harbour at Bangsal.
